Online Therapy for Neurodivergent Adults in Colorado

I provide telehealth therapy to adults physically located throughout Colorado—especially high-masking neurodivergent adults dealing with burnout, shame, procrastination, executive-function difficulties, codependency, or relationship patterns they cannot logic their way out of.

Who I Work With

You may look capable from the outside.

Privately, the system may be running on effort, masking, and self-criticism. You understand the pattern. You may have tried the tools. The same shutdown, avoidance, overthinking, or relationship dynamic still returns.

I work primarily with adults who identify with ADHD, AuDHD, autistic traits, or a broader neurodivergent experience. A formal diagnosis is not required to begin a conversation about fit.

The Work

What we can address

The work is clinical and depth-oriented, with practical support where it matters.

ADHD, AuDHD & Autistic Traits

Shame, masking, task avoidance, emotional intensity, burnout, and the protective patterns that build around executive-function difficulties.

Internal Family Systems

IFS helps us understand what is happening underneath a pattern—not only how to manage the visible behavior. We approach protective responses with curiosity and work at the pace your system allows.

Executive Function & Burnout

Practical scaffolding can matter. It tends to hold better when it is designed for the nervous system you have and is no longer carrying the full weight of self-judgment.

Relationships, Shame & Codependency

Conflict avoidance, approval-seeking, covert contracts, emotional shutdown, resentment, and difficulty asking directly for what you want.
