Book a Free 20-Minute Consultation

The free 20-minute consultation is a chance to talk about what brings you in, ask questions about working together, and see whether the fit feels right. There is no commitment to ongoing therapy.

What happens next

  1. Request a time

Choose a time in the online calendar and complete the brief scheduling questions. I review each request; once approved, you’ll receive confirmation with the video link.

  2. Talk about what brings you in

We'll discuss what's happening, what you're looking for, and any questions you have about working together.

  3. Decide on next steps

If we're a good fit, we'll discuss starting therapy. You don't have to decide during the consultation.
